4. Payments

All payments are processed directly by the Academy.

SkillShekhai:

• Never receives your payment,
• Never stores payment information,
• Never processes transactions.

5. Refund Policy

Refund requests must be submitted directly to the Academy.

SkillShekhai cannot:

• Approve refunds
• Cancel transactions
• Reverse payments

6. Accuracy of Information

Although we try to keep listings accurate, Academies may update:

• Price
• Curriculum
• Duration
• Instructor
• Schedules
• Offers
• Discounts

without notifying SkillShekhai first.

Always verify the final information on the Academy's official website before purchasing.

7. Referral Tracking

If you submit your information before enrolling, SkillShekhai may generate a referral tracking record and share necessary information with the Academy solely for referral attribution.

8. User Reviews

Users may submit reviews and ratings.

SkillShekhai reserves the right to:

• Remove fake reviews
• Edit offensive language
• Reject spam
• Suspend abusive accounts

9. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, website content, graphics, branding, and software of SkillShekhai remain the property of SkillShekhai unless otherwise stated.

Academy trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

10. Limitation of Liability

SkillShekhai shall not be liable for any loss arising from:

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Platform.
