Academy Partner Terms & Conditions
The following Terms apply to all Academy Partners registering or listing courses on SkillShekhai.
By clicking "Submit Application", creating an Academy account, or submitting any course listing, the Academy acknowledges that it has read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
1. Independent Relationship
Academies remain independent organizations.
Nothing in this agreement creates:
- Employment
- Franchise
- Agency
- Joint venture
between SkillShekhai and the Academy.
2. Permission to Display Academy Content
The Academy grants SkillShekhai a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute the following materials for promotional and informational purposes:
- Academy name
- Logo
- Brand assets
- Banner images
- Course thumbnails
- Course descriptions
- Course curriculum
- Instructor information
- Course URLs
- Promotional graphics
- Public videos
- Course highlights
This permission applies to:
- SkillShekhai.com
- YouTube
- TikTok
- X (Twitter)
- Email campaigns
- Blog posts
- Advertisements
- Digital marketing materials
- Printed promotional materials
3. Digital Marketing Rights
The Academy authorizes SkillShekhai to advertise and promote its courses using any lawful online or offline marketing channel.
SkillShekhai may create promotional graphics, videos, advertisements, comparison pages, blog articles, or social media posts featuring Academy content.
4. Content Ownership
The Academy confirms that:
- it owns or has permission to use all uploaded content;
- uploading the content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
The Academy agrees to indemnify SkillShekhai against any claims arising from unauthorized content.
5. Accuracy of Information
The Academy is solely responsible for maintaining accurate:
- Course title
- Description
- Syllabus
- Instructor
- Duration
- Language
- Certificate information
- Price
- Discount
- Promotional offer
- Enrollment URL
- Banner
- Thumbnail
- Category
- Course availability
6. Dashboard Responsibilities
Academies agree to regularly maintain their dashboard.
Whenever any of the following changes on the Academy's own website, it must also be updated on SkillShekhai without unreasonable delay:
- Price
- Discount
- Offer
- Enrollment URL
- Course availability
- Instructor
- Curriculum
- Banner
- Thumbnail
- Course status
7. Outdated Information
If an Academy fails to update its information and users experience inconvenience, misinformation, or financial loss due to outdated listings, the Academy shall bear full responsibility.
SkillShekhai shall not be liable for damages resulting from outdated or inaccurate Academy information.
8. Promotional Offers
Whenever an Academy publishes:
- Discounts
- Coupons
- Promotional campaigns
- Limited-time offers
on its own website, the Academy should promptly update the same information on SkillShekhai.
Failure to maintain consistent pricing or offers may result in:
- Temporary hiding of the course,
- Suspension of listings,
- Removal of promotional badges,
- Removal of discounts,
- Permanent removal of the course.
9. Course Removal
SkillShekhai reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:
- Remove any course;
- Reject any course submission;
- Suspend any listing;
- Temporarily disable any Academy;
- Permanently terminate any Academy account,
with or without prior notice.
Reasons may include, but are not limited to:
- Outdated information
- Misleading advertisements
- Fake discounts
- Policy violations
- Copyright complaints
- Poor user experience
- Repeated user complaints
- Fraudulent activities
- Inactivity
10. Reviews
SkillShekhai reserves the right to publish genuine user reviews.
Academies may not:
- Manipulate ratings
- Submit fake reviews
- Offer incentives for positive reviews
- Threaten reviewers
- Request to remove reviews
SkillShekhai may remove suspicious/fake reviews or investigate review abuse.
11. Referral Attribution
Academies agree to honor valid referrals generated through SkillShekhai according to any mutually agreed referral arrangement. Deliberately bypassing referral attribution mechanisms may result in suspension or termination of the Academy's account.
12. Intellectual Property
The Academy retains ownership of its trademarks, logos, and original content.
SkillShekhai retains ownership of:
- Platform design
- Database structure
- Search algorithms
- Comparison tools
- User interface
- Reviews (subject to applicable rights)
- Analytics
- Platform-generated content
13. Compliance with Laws
The Academy agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including consumer protection, advertising, tax, and intellectual property laws.
14. Data Privacy
Academies must protect any user information shared through SkillShekhai and use it only for legitimate enrollment, support, or referral-related purposes. User data may not be sold, shared with unauthorized third parties, or used for unrelated marketing without the user's consent.
15. Indemnification
The Academy agrees to indemnify and hold harmless SkillShekhai, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from the Academy's courses, content, services, conduct, legal violations, or breach of these Terms.
16. Limitation of Liability
SkillShekhai is not responsible for:
- Academy revenue
- Student enrollment numbers
- Marketing performance
- Payment failures
- Refund disputes
- Course completion rates
- Student satisfaction
- Business losses
17. No Guaranteed Results
SkillShekhai does not guarantee any minimum number of referrals, leads, enrollments, sales, impressions, or marketing outcomes for partner academies.
18. Verification Rights
SkillShekhai may verify course details, pricing, instructor information, and promotional claims at any time and request supporting evidence.
19. Prohibited Content
Academies must not upload false, misleading, defamatory, obscene, illegal, or infringing content.
20. Account Security
Academies are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their dashboard credentials and for all actions performed through their accounts.
21. Right to Edit Listings
SkillShekhai may edit course titles, descriptions, categories, tags, metadata, and images for formatting, SEO, consistency, grammar, or user experience without changing the core meaning of the content.
22. Force Majeure
Neither party will be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, such as natural disasters, internet outages, government actions, or other force majeure events.
23. Modification of Terms
SkillShekhai may modify these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
24. Right to Audit
SkillShekhai may request reasonable documentation from Academy Partners to verify referral accuracy, enrollment status, and commission calculations.
